The Tripartite Committee is expected to meet on Monday to conclude negotiations on the new daily minimum wage.
The committee, made up of government, employers and organized labour has been meeting for sometime on adjusting the new daily minimum wage.
Joy Business has learnt, organized labour is proposing a 15.2 percent increase which will translate into 5 Ghana cedis 16 pesewas.
Government however, is considering a possible 15 percent increase to enable it manage the increasing wage bill and the huge arrears it has to clear.
Employers on the other hand are looking at an increment which is not more than the projected inflation of 9 percent for this year.
The Minimum wage acts as the "floor" for which no worker should pay below that amount in the country.
