Two supporters of Aduana F.C. have died following an accident that occurred in Aboabo, Kumasi on Sunday evening.
The accident occurred when a tricycle carrying some fans veered off the road and crashed at Aboaso in the Ashanti Region.
A club statement from Aduana Stars said “We regret to announce that two of the fans have lost their lives and two others are currently on admission… We wish the bereaved families strength and empathy and those on admission a speedy recovery.”

Reports suggest that three other fans who were involved in the accident are currently in critical condition at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) in Kumasi.
The fans had gone to the Baba Yara Sports Stadium to support Seidu Saana who featured for Aduana in the club's 1-1 draw with Asante Kotoko.
The club says it will remain in close contact with the affected families and will provide further updates as on the unfortunate incident.
