He was spotted by some pedestrians at Suhum round-about with two children, Emmanuel Kwasi, 10, and Isaac Kwaku, 8, about to board a vehicle. He said the movement of Tei Mensah at the round-about with the children made the pedestrians suspicious and so confronted him, but his explanation did not convince them and so reported the incident to the police and Tei Mensah was arrested. He said during police investigation, Tei Mensah mentioned Yao Charles as the father of the children, who asked him to send the children to the son, a fisherman at Yeji and that on arrival, the son would give him one million cedis for his transport.Source: GNA
