Oil and Gas mogul and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Veros Petroleum Limited, Yahya Tarek Diab has won the ‘Best Among Equals Award’, the ultimate prize at the just ended 8th edition of the 2024 Forty Under 40 Awards held at the Kempinski Gold Coast Hotel in Accra, on Friday, September 7, 2024.
On the same night, he won the ‘Oil and Gas Personality of the Year Award’, sponsored by FeDems Constructions.
The prestigious accolades were in recognition of his outstanding dedication and commitment to building the oil and gas industry as well as being a highly respected company advocating for best business practices in numerous sectors of the African Economy.
Interacting with the media after receiving the all-important honours, Yahya Tarek Diab was grateful to his family, especially his Father, his friends and unflinching staff for their dedication to improving and providing excellent service.
According to him, the award reflects his stunning leadership qualities and exceptional dedication to providing quality oil and gas services.

The award is an initiative of Xodus Communications Limited with support from the Ministry of Youth and Sports, which seeks to identify, honour and celebrate a cross-section of the nation’s most influential and accomplished young business leaders under the age of forty from a wide range of industries.
The iconic awards scheme was attended by dignitaries such as the presidential aspirant of the New Force, Nana Kwame Bediako, members of the diplomatic community, government officials and traditional leaders.
