2019 seems to be the year for Rapper Strongman to release all the bangers he could possibly think of.
From ‘Immortal’, ‘Ups and Downs’ to ‘21st Century’ and now ‘Nana Ama’ - a song dedicated to and named after his girlfriend.
He released visuals for ‘Nana Ama’ on Saturday, July 27. The video shows Strongman and his girl Nana Ama out on a picnic. The couple sat, drank and ate in a beautiful garden.
Strongman is known for hardcore rap and little flexibility when it comes to singing. Hence, it came as a surprise to many, to see the rapper do more than throw down punchlines and rap bars.
Not only did he impress fans by singing, but he also proved he can change styles whenever needed.
“If u agree for Strongman to combine rap and singing always 👔 and “This is what I have been looking for since I started following you. (the singing part). Strong G always try to sing b4 add the rap. Good join,” are just two of the many comments applauding the rapper’s singing.
One scene from the video that also got the internet buzzing was Strongman kissing his girl’s belly. That scene and subsequent shots suggested Nana Ama is pregnant. However, it is uncertain if the ‘pregnancy’ is just for the video or real.
The video was directed by Prince Dovlo while the music was mixed and mastered by TubhaniMuzik.
Although he has released a couple of songs, ‘Nana Ama’ is Strongman’s first official video of the year 2019.
