Ghana defender, Alexander Djiku, scored a stunning volley for Fenerbahce in their 4-0 win over Basaksehir on Thursday.
The 29-year-old scored the beauty early in the game as his side picked a commanding win in the Turkish Super Lig at the Şükrü Saracoğlu Stadium.
The goal was Djiku’s first in seven games since making the switch in the summer after leaving Strasbourg.
The Ghana centre-back volleyed in a rebound from the right side of the box following a corner to open the scoring for Fenerbahce after five minutes into the game.
Leo Duarte turned the ball into his own net to double the lead for Fenerbahce in the 10th minute before Sebastian Szymanski added a third before half-time.
With 10 minutes to the end of the game, Szymanski scored a fourth for the hosts to end the game 4-0 for Fenerbahce.
