Football coaching is one of the most difficult jobs in the world. Every coach is open to criticism whether constructive or destructive.
What makes it shocking at times is that the criticism normally comes from those with no idea of how things work on the pitch.
A 20-year-old Ashesi University female student, Nana Ama Ayenor, is a coach on a mission.
Benedict Owusu met up with her before one of her training sessions with her team.
