The governing National Democratic Congress has rebuffed claims by the opposition New Patriotic Party that it stole a key policy they campaigned on in 2012 electioneerng season.
The NDC which launched a fierce campaign against NPP's educational policy dubbed Free SHS, is now set to implement it next year.
In the light of accusations and counter-accusations about the 'ownership' of the controversial policy, myjoyonline brings you what the NDC said about the policy in a campaign video the party posted on youtube and aired extensively on national television.
