Beverly Afaglo, the wife of Eugene Baah (Choirmaster), a member of Praye music group, has disclosed that her husband has been sidelined by other members of the group.
In an interview with Zion Felix, she alleged that other members of the group, Praye Tintin and Tietia, have been engaging in some business deals for the group without her husband’s involvement.
According to her, Praye campaigned for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) prior to the 2016 elections which Choirmaster was not a part of but after the group came back together, the governing party, she alleges, has been engaging the two other members without Choirmaster.
Praye: Choirmaster, Tietia and Praye Tintin
Choirmaster’s wife stated that she had even heard that Praye Tintin and Tietia have even been to the presidency without her husband.
The music trio, after a long hiatus, in October 2018 announced their comeback with the release of three new songs – ‘Disco Light’, ‘Adesua’ and ‘Gban Gbai’.
The group parted ways in 2014 and all attempts to bring them back failed until the three were united at the 2018 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards with a performance.
