Comoros have moved within one point of Group I leaders Ghana after securing a 2-0 win over the Central African Republic.
Two first half goals from Youssouf M'Changama and MyzianeMaolida were enough to secure the maximum points for Comoros.
35 year-old forward M'Changama opened the scoring for the guests after just 20 minutes.
19 minutes later, Myziane Maolida, who plays as a forward for Saudi Pro League side Al-Kholood added a second to consolidate their advantage.
Comoros are now in second place with 15 points from eight matches in Group 1, having played a game more than the Black Stars.
Ghana will face Mali on Monday in Accra, needing a win to pull further away from the chasing pack.
