Whitewall Properties, high-end, luxury apartment developers, says it is on track to deliver its Maple Court homes to the owners in May this year as planned.
Maple Court is an 18-unit upscale residential facility with top interior finishing and an exterior of lush greenery centrally located in the heart of East Legon, Accra.
Mr. Kwesi Anderson, Marketing Manager of Whitewall Properties said the project began in May, 2013 and is on schedule to deliver way ahead of time.
He said more than half of the home owners who are delighted “with the level and quality of work at Maple Court have already made reservations in advance for our upcoming developments in Cantonments and East Legon.”
Maple Court comprises 6 townhouses, 4 three-bedroom apartments, 4 two-bedroom deluxe apartments, 4 two-bedroom regular apartments. The offering includes 2,664 square meters of residential space.
Mr. Anderson said similar to all Whitewall Properties developments, “Maple Court is equipped with great amenities and services which include a playground, gym, swimming pool, free parking, backup generator, 24/7 security, internet facilities, backup water supply and tarred access roads.”
“The property’s location provides its residents convenient access to a large concentration of offices, retail stores, entertainment, restaurants, and healthcare facilities,” he added.
