The Ghana Women’s Super League continues on Monday with the last round of games to be played in Group A.
Berry Ladies and Ampem Darkoa Ladies will battle it out at the McDan Astro Turf with top spot in the group in sight.
After enduring a frustrating 2-2 draw in their opening game against Prisons Ladies, Ampem Darkoa Ladies managed a narrow 1-0 over Soccer Intellectuals and currently have four points from two games.
Berry Ladies on the other hand won their second group game convincingly, beating Prisons Ladies with a 3-1 scoreline. The win sees them sit in second after two games as they head into the last round of matches.
In the other group game, Prisons Ladies will go head-to-head with Soccer Intellectuals at the Madina Astro Turf, knowing that a win could be enough to seal a semi-final spot for them.
Soccer Intellectuals have three points from two games, but trail Berry Ladies on goal difference ahead of the game against Prisons Ladies.
Depending on the results from the game between Berry Ladies and Ampem Darkoa Ladies, Prisons Ladies could also stand a chance to make into the last four should they manage to defeat Soccer Intellectuals.
As things stand in Group A, all teams have an opportunity to make it to the next round of the tournament.
All games kick off at 2pm.
