This year's event which is the 13th edition since its inception is on the theme; “Home ownership: Where you live matters.”
The event which has been described by many prospective house owners as the biggest housing and construction exhibition in the country, has over the years attracted huge patronage from dignitaries and exhibitors who showcase a wide range of building materials and housing accessories.

More importantly, the various partners including Ecobank Ghana, DBS Roofing, Plan City Extension have made available provisions for Ghanaians to acquire their own houses with ease.

For instance, Title Sponsor Ecobank Ghana has a comprehensive mortgage financing with competitive interest rates for all class of income earners, whilst DBS use the latest technology to manufacture roofing sheets, amongst others.
