The Premier League Board (PLB) of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) has tentatively fixed Sunday, October 7, 2012 as the kick-off date for the 2012/2013 Premier League season.
According to a release issued by the PLB copied to GNA Sports, the process towards the kick-off of the new season begins with the registration of players from July 31 to September 14.
The list of registered players will be published between 17 and 21 September, whilst verification has been fixed for 24-28 September.
Meanwhile, the PLB has also made a special arrangement for the three promoted Clubs from the Division One.
Registration for the promoted Clubs is scheduled for 3-17 September, publication of the list of players is from 21-27 September and verification from 28 September to 4 October.
Kumasi Asante Kotoko FC emerged winners of the 2011/2012 Premier League.
