Black Stars duo; Rabiu Mohammed and Jonathan Mensah will delay their arrival to the Ghana camp due to club commitments.
The Ghana duo are expected to feature for Evian Thonon-Gaillard in the finals of the French FA Cup against Bordeaux on May 31.
This means Mensah and Rabiu will be unable to join the Black Stars team until after the final game of the French season.
Reports from the Ghana News Agency however say the players have notified Ghana FA officials of this situation and are now expected to join the Black Stars camp on June 3.
The players will travel first to Ghana after the French Cup final to connect to a flight to the Black Stars’ training camp in Ethiopia.
This also means the duo will not train with the side until four days to Ghana’s crucial World Cup qualifier against Sudan in Khartoum.
Rabiu is expected to play a key role for the Roses as he has all-season-long in the finals of the French FA Cup to be played in Paris.
Same can however not be said of Mensah who has missed most part of Evian’s campaign in Ligue 1 through injury.
