The 2022 edition of the Africa Women's Sports Summit (AWSS) has been slated for Wednesday, July 27, at the Accra International Conference Centre.
The event, organised by Sporttted Limited will be returning for the third year after previous sessions in 2020 and 2021.
AWSS is a global platform for mentorship, training and championing greater female inclusion in the African sports space.
A section of the statement released on Monday, July 4, read: "The 2022 Africa Women’s Sports Summit will be held at Accra International Conference Centre on July 27.
"Organizers of the event, Sportted Limited, announced that the event is returning for the third year.
This year’s scope is on leadership in the African sports industry and building stronger systems."
