Bibiani GoldStars delivered a commanding performance at home on February 15, 2026, securing a comprehensive 3-0 victory over Basake Holy Stars in a Week 22 Ghana Premier League clash.
The hosts wasted no time asserting their dominance, opening the scoring in the 16th minute when Sanou Razak found the back of the net to make it 1-0. Razak’s early goal set the tone for what would become a one-sided affair at Dun’s Park.
Just six minutes later, GoldStars doubled their advantage through Justice Arthur, who finished clinically in the 22nd minute to put the hosts firmly in control at 2-0.
The home side continued to press forward, and their persistence paid off again in the 55th minute when Samuel Atta Kumi added a third goal, sealing the emphatic 3-0 scoreline.
The defensive resilience of GoldStars, combined with their sharp attacking play, ensured Basake Holy Stars had no answer throughout the match.
The victory propelled Gold Stars to third place in the league standings with 39 points from 22 matches. Medeama continues to lead the table with 44 points.
