The Ghana National Association of Private Schools (GNAPS) is calling for the elimination of the 30% priority placement policy in the Computerized School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS)
In a press release sighted by JoyNews, GNAPS said “the CSSPS lacks three main ingredients of democratic school policy implementation that is transparency, fairness and equity in its current form.”
According to the association, the 30% priority allocation of Category ‘A’ SHS schools to public schools is a disadvantage to students in private Junior High Schools.
