One of the seven unsuccessful contestants for council of State representative in the Ashanti region is accusing the winner of votes buying and NDC regional executives of selling their conscience.
Richard Ofori Agyemang Boadi, the youngest among the failed council of state members said he has a list of delegates who were camped and paid to do the bidding of the Toasehene.
Regional correspondent Mohammed-Nurudeen reports that out of the ten who filled their nomination, seven contested as two withdrew.
The sitting Member, Toasehene pulled 39 votes with his closest challenger; Rev. Dr. Seth Frimpong polling 12 votes.
Nana Ameyaw Kotoko II secured eight votes whiles the rest including Richard Ofori Agyemang Boadi also known as Zuba obtained zero votes.
But Richard Ofori Agyemang Boadi believes the election was fraught with vote buying.

Meanwhile, the winner of the election promised to work hard and called for support from the delegates
