Popular actor and politician John Dumelo has been spotted pushing a refuse truck.
The actor was seen in a video pushing the refuse truck after he joined the youth of Mempasem, a suburb of Accra, after a cleanup exercise.
The beaming actor received a lot of cheers as onlookers watched him pull the refuse.
“I was happy to join the youth of Mempasem to clean gutters and clear weeds. We will be doing this every other weekend. If we all join hands, Ayawaso West will be the cleanest,” he said in a tweet.
John Dumelo is currently eying becoming a parliamentarian on the ticket of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
The actor, in August this year, was elected to represent the Ayawaso West Wuogon constituency in the 2020 elections.
