Mahama's administration couldn't solve a self-inflicted Dumsor caused by his own NDC government during a period of 8 years in power.
At least any President would have cushioned Ghanaians with either free water or subsidy water bills during the period of Dumsor but that was completely lacking in the era of Mahama's reign.
When in power, John Mahama also failed to negotiate with the telecommunication companies to reduce the cost of internet data and airtime for Ghanaians during Dumsor.
John Mahama failed to give soft loans to businesses that were badly affected by Dumsor during his tenure.
The members of the NDC also know that if you subtract the achievements and initiatives of former President John Evans Atta Mills from those associated with former President John Mahama, there would be nothing left to brag about.
Posterity has indeed proven that Prof. Mills was better than John Mahama. It has also proven again that President Akufo-Addo is also better than Prof. Mills.
It is very interesting when a socialist political party like the National Democratic Congress (NDC), lacks social intervention policies and programmes aimed at bringing comfort to the people.
During this period of coronavirus outbreak, President Akufo-Addo has given free water, free electricity, and free food to Ghanaians as well as soft loans to businesses badly affected by the pandemic.
Indeed, Akufo-Addo is a true reflection of a 'Deep Thinking President'.
