The ruling government named August 4 as a day to celebrate the achievements of the men who led Ghana to freedom.
Hence, the Ministry of Information today held a Founders’ Day lecture to celebrate the country's founding fathers who fought for independence.
The event featured Speaker of Parliament Professor Aaron Mike Oquaye who read excerpts of his book ‘Ghana, the Founding Fathers’.
