Some residents along the Accra-Tema motorway made away with several crates of alcoholic beverage after a truck hauling beer and other drinks got involved in an accident, Thursday.
Eyewitness say the Accra bound vehicle allegedly expressed a brake failure, causing it to collide into another vehicle.
The development caused about fifteen other vehicles to crash into each other; injuring four passengers in four cars.
While others were busily seen helping the victims of the accident, a viral video shows residents and other motorists salvaging what was left of the goods in the truck.
Some were also seen drinking the beers and subsequently carrying crates of the product away from the scene of the accident.
Meanwhile, the incident, which occurred at the area just before the toll booth allegedly resulted in the death of one person.
