A senior broking officer with KEK Reinsurance Brokers Limited has reportedly died after testing positive for the novel coronavirus.
Samuel Akpatsu, 27, according to a friend, died after he failed to secure a bed at a health facility he was taken to.
In different Facebook posts, his friends eulogised him while advising everyone to mask up and adhere to the Covid safety protocols.
The Central University College alumnus graduated with the 2011-2015 batch obtaining a Bachelors degree in Business Administration.
He also obtained a diploma in Insurance at Ghana Insurance College in 2017.
Mr Akpatsu worked at the KEK Reinsurance Brokers Limited as Senior Broking Officer for five years.
He was buried on January 23.
