GRIDCO and other players in the power sector has in recent times come under intense pressure and public backlash following intermittent power outages some weeks ago.
The situation raised concerns as many question whether or not the country is about visiting the era of low shedding popularly known in the country as Dumsor.
A latest report from the Auditor-General, however, revealed some ¢230 million debt owed the Ghana Grid Company Limited (GRIDCo) that experts say may be responsible for recent major national power cuts.
Tonight on PM Express, Evans Mensah and his panel of expects will probe into the true state of the country's power sector and suggest possible means of avoiding power crises going forward.
Guests for the discussion includes Ranking Member, Mines and Energy Committee of Parliament, John Abdulai Jinapor; Executive Director, Africa Centre for Energy Policy (ACEP), Ben Boakye.

Also is Corporate Communications Manager, GRIDCO, Ebenezer Amankwah; and Energy Analyst, Kwadwo Poku.
