A group of traders operating along the pavements in the central business district of Kumasi are up against the Metropolitan Assembly over what they describe as gross disrespect and breach of agreement.
The United Petty Traders Association claims members have come under attacks and harassment by city guards despite an agreement with the KMA.
The group has petitioned the Ashanti Regional Minister over the matter.
