The Member of Parliament for Madina Constituency, Francis-Xavier Sosu has held a meeting with the Chief Representative, ARAKI Yasumichi of the Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and his team to explore potential development support for the Madina constituency.
The meeting, which took place at the conference room of JICA in the Elizabeth building was held on Wednesday, May 12, 2021.
A wide range of issues ranging from Job creation/Entrepreneurship, health, education and road infrastructure were discussed.

At the end of the meeting, both teams were excited about the prospects of future engagements.

Francis-Xavier Sosu expressed his gratitude to Mr. Yasumichi Araki and his team for the warm reception and ınsightful discussions deliberated on.
He assured that he would engage state agencies to ensure that his constituents benefit from opportunities that arose from bilateral collaborations between the Governments of Ghana and Japan.

Francis-Xavier Sosu's team included Mr. Timothy Nnyuieke Thatchroot-Becke, head of Business at the office of the MP; Mr. Ken Kadrah Huletey, head of Quality Parliamentary Representation and Infrastructure (QPR-I).

The rest of the MP's team were Dr. Yennusom Maalug, Head of the Health Project at the office of the MP; and Lawyer Owusuaa who works with F-X Law and Associates.
