The Ministry of Health and officials of the Ghana Health Service are today addressing the nation on steps being taken to combat the Covid-19 pandemic.
Although some people have been vaccinated, the country has not recorded herd immunity, thus, measures to reduce the spread of the disease are still being enforced.
A week ago, the Ghana Health Service disclosed that the Delta Variant of Covid-19 has been detected within some communities.
Therefore, representatives of the health sector who will be addressing the media today held at the Information Ministry will update the nation on the developments so far.
