Budding musician Roy X Taylor, who is also the son of veteran musician Ebo Taylor, disclosed that people find it hard to approach him because of how huge his father’s brand is.
In an interview with Andy Dosty on the Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM, the singer said investors who want to approach him are sometimes scared because they feel he is surrounded by so many music policies.
“Sometimes people want to bring an offer but they think my father is a big brand and they find it a bit difficult to approach because they feel I’m surrounded by too much musical policies but that’s not the issue”
According to him, he wants to encourage investors who are scared to approach him due to his father’s brand to come forward, because he is ready for business and he is his own person.
“I’m a new guy and ready for business, I’m ready for work so they should consider me to be myself,” he told Andy Dosty
His father Ebo Taylor is one of the most popular veteran musicians in Ghana and has won multiple lifetime achievement awards, worked with some of the big names in both the local and international music industry like Fella Kuti, Pat Thomas, and C.K. Mann etc. He has been a pivotal figure in the Ghana music.
