The national amputee football team, the Black Challenge, has missed out on a tri-nation tournament in England due to visa processing delays.
Ghana was scheduled to play England and Poland in pre-world cup friendly games between 30th and 31 July at the Reaseheath College Park, Cheshire.
However, the Black Challenge were not present at the event because their passports were still with the British High Commission at the time the competition kicked off.
England has, therefore, agreed to meet Ghana in two pre-world friendlies on 3rd and 4th September in Cheshire.
It has been over six weeks since the applications were submitted.
Foreign-based Players and coaching staff are left disappointed as they have no idea when their passports will be available for warm-up games against England.
Ghana is the champion of Africa after beating Liberia in the Amputee AFCON final.
