Since announcing her pregnancy, musician and socialite Mzbel, has been showing off her baby bump in Rihanna-inspired outfits.
The outfits are meant to show off the baby bump while being stylish and fashionable for different occasions.
However, after seeing Mzbel show off her pregnancy in public, some Ghanaians have attempted to talk her out of it, advising her to cover her belly.
But, the singer is standing firm in her decision. Sharing a video of herself she noted that she was happy with her choice of clothes admitting that previously she would have covered her belly.
“I don't have to cover my stomach, I am going around town with this beautiful belly all over the place. If Rihanna can do it, Mzbel can do it too,” she said with a laugh.
Mzbel also captioned her post with some verses of Psalm 23 writing “Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of my enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.”
“Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.”
The artiste, born Belinda Nana Ekua Amoah, announced she was expecting a baby on Sunday.
Mzbel debuted her baby bump, sharing numerous pictures of herself celebrating in one picture and cradling the bump in another.
