Multipro Private Limited, a brand representative of Indomie instant noodles, Kellogg’s brand of products and others, organised fun games for its staff and management.
The activity was to deepen the bond among staff and to enhance team-building skills. The games also gave the staff the opportunity to take a break from work.
The male staff played football while their female counterparts engaged in a tug of war.
The teams were formed along the different brands distributed by the company and competed for prizes.
Multipro Private Limited is a leading brands distribution company representing brands such as Indomie instant noodles, Kellogg’s cornflakes, coco pops as well as Minimie Atsomo, Huggies Diaper among other products.

During an interview, the Product Manager for Kellogg’s and Sustainability Lead at Multipro Private Ltd, Mr. Chandan Lakhani said the company places special emphasis on a healthy and united workforce.
He explained that it is when the staff is healthy and working as a team that they can deliver quality service to customers.
Engaging employees through sports activities is a dynamic approach that significantly contributes to their overall happiness and well-being within the workplace.
By fostering a culture of active participation and teamwork, these activities not only promote physical health but also nurture a sense of camaraderie and unity among colleagues.
Friendly competitions and collaborative challenges create opportunities for employees to bond outside their regular tasks, breaking down hierarchical barriers and promoting open communication. The endorphins released during sports activities also enhance mood and reduce stress, leading to increased job satisfaction and productivity.
Ultimately, employee engagement through sports activities injects a dose of fun and vitality into the work environment, fostering a more positive and cohesive atmosphere that directly translates into happier and more motivated employees.
Mr Lakhani commended the staff and management for turning out for the games, describing it as very successful as it achieved the objective of bonding and team building.
He said with what went on during the games, the company is poised to continue to serve its customers and exceed their expectations.
