The Zen Riderrs, a group of seven Ghanaians on a mission to spread mental health awareness and support, concluded their journey from Accra to Tamale.
The team landed in Tamale after five days of cycling over 600 kilometres.
The team is expected to ride back to Accra to complete the 1,300-kilometre Accra-Tamale-Accra.
The team set out from Nsawam on this incredible journey, accompanied by an ambulance, a videographer/photographer, a police escort, and many mental health experts.

The objective was to interact with communities along the road, educate people on mental health, and give insights on breaking down artificial mental obstacles to reach one's maximum potential.

The Zen Riders will be officially greeted by the local chief in Tamale and will continue their mission by educating various groups about mental health. They will also make appearances on local media outlets before returning to Accra.
