Award-winning rapper and hip-hop sensation Medikal has announced his first UK headline concert at Indigo@The O2 on May 3, 2024.
Since his explosive entry onto the music scene in 2016, Medikal has been a force to reckon with, captivating audiences with his fast-paced rap style, ingenious wordplay, and dynamic stage performances.
Speaking to Doreen Avio on Hitz News he explained that his career has been leading up to this moment.

“My journey has been evident since day one. I put everything in my music and on social media so everyone who pays attention to my music will know my story and I feel like so far my journey has been impeccable."
His collaborations with Afrobeats icons such as Sarkodie, Davido, Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, Joey B, and Kwesi Arthur have further cemented his standing in the industry.
On the heels of his latest album release, 'Planning & Plotting', Medikal is set to bring his unique blend of Ghanaian rap and hiplife music to London, he also spoke about his preparation towards the main day.
"My team has done a wonderful job, and they will come through for me, it's just not for me, but for and coming artiste who would also like to perform on that stage and the entire country, and I want everyone to help promote it from the media houses to the bloggers and all my fans."
So far, only Kuami Eugene and KiDi have managed to sell out the Indigo O2, and that was a joint effort. The question on everyone's mind now is – will Medikal be the first solo Ghanaian artist to sell out Indigo O2?
Medikal holds his Planning and Plotting concert on the 16th of December at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel.
