Tano North MP Freda Prempeh lost the parliamentary primary to Gideon Boako, the Spokesperson of the Vice President and NPP flagbearer, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia.
Freda Prempeh received 221 votes, while Gideon Boako secured 444 votes.
In another constituency, incumbent Abuakwa North MP, Gifty Twum-Ampofo, faced defeat in her bid to represent the constituency again.
She secured 202 votes compared to Nana Ampaw Addo-Frempong, also known as Buffalo, who garnered 222 votes and emerged victorious in the parliamentary primary.
The Atiwa West constituency witnessed Laurrette Korkor Asante winning the primary with 177 votes, positioning her to replace Kwasi Amoako Attah in the upcoming December elections.
Prince Benjamin Aboagye secured 134 votes, Kingsley Ofosu Ntiamoah received 48 votes, and Samuel Awuah Danquah garnered only 18 votes.
