Ghanaian dancer, Danita Akosua Adomaah Yeboah, popularly called Afronita, has announced the official date for the inauguration of her new dance academy, Afrostar Kids Academy for children.
Prior to the launch, Afronita is all geared up to nurture all kids who are dance talents as stars of Ghana’s future.
Due to her passion and love for children, Afronita, in an interview on Joy Prime’s kids show, 4Kids Paradise, said all interested children, including the physically challenged, can join when lessons begin.
“It’s not my first time having to teach or train kids. I’ve had private students that are kids, and I literally have experience with kids, and it’s something I love doing. There’s a team around to help your kids. Even if your child has a disability, they’re welcome to the class. It’s open to every single person,” Afronita said.
Her dream to start her dance academy for over six years finally came to light in 2023 on her birthday when she posted a wish list on her social media pages.
Afronita's fan base helped to find a studio for her, which will be unveiled on Sunday, April 14 at Foot Trip from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Children between the ages of three (3) and twelve (12) are encouraged to sign up for the dance class by clicking a website link on all her social media platforms.
Afronita promises to help train children who are willing to nurture their talent and pursue their desire for dance.
