The second edition of Atarah Praise, a gospel concert put together by Prophet Joseph Atarah is slated for May 19, 2024 at the forecourt of the Believers Grace Crown Ministry International, Bond Square, Adenta Barrier.
The event, which started a year ago, is aimed at winning souls for Christ through music ministration.
The theme for this edition is, “Praising God for his acts of power," Psalm 150:1.
Performing alongside Prophet Atarah are Mabel Okyere, Akesse Brempong, Patience Nyarko, Jack Alolome, Lady Prempeh, Piesie Esther and Empress Gifty.
Unlike the previous event, which was held in an auditorium, this edition is earmarked to take place in an open atmosphere.
The programme starts at 4 pm.
According to Prophet Atarah, it would bring believers together to praise His name as stated in the bible.
“I can see that being in the sanctuary is not enough, I want us to go out there and mobilise people to praise His name together.
The reason we are organising this year’s event outdoor is to help fish out the needy and support them,” he added.
Prophet Atarah further noted that God has laid on his heart to go out and look for two unemployed individuals to help them learn a skill, and for this reason, he has reached an agreement with some fashion designers who are ready to assist these people.
As a result, he has appealed to the general public to come on board and support this initiative.
This support, he said, would go into helping them acquire machines and other logistics to facilitate their training.
