The Member of Parliament for Kumawu constituency, Ernest Yaw Anim, has initiated a donation drive of exercise books to schools across his constituency.
According to the lawmaker, this initiative aims to alleviate the financial burden on parents who struggle to afford these essential educational materials for their children.
The lawmaker began this philanthropic activity approximately two months ago, demonstrating his commitment to empowering constituents, especially students in Basic Schools (Primary and Junior High Schools), to excel academically under his leadership.

According to Mr Anim, the distribution of exercise books is intended to cultivate a culture of academic excellence and provide motivation for students to achieve their academic potential.
He hopes to create an environment that supports learning and encourages academic success by ensuring students have the necessary resources like exercise books.

This initiative is part of his broader commitment to invest in education and nurture the next generation of leaders who will contribute significantly to the development of their communities.
Through these efforts, Mr Yaw Anim aims to equip young people with the tools they need to succeed academically and ultimately make meaningful contributions to society.

He has extended his support by donating football jerseys to all 98 primary and junior high schools across the constituency. This initiative aims to aid schools in their inter-school competitions and promote sports among students.
Additionally, Mr Anim is also distributing school bags to deserving students within the constituency, further demonstrating his commitment to enhancing educational opportunities for young learners.
