The stage is set for the 5th Ghana Credit Excellence Awards as nominees from across the country have been revealed.
This highly anticipated event scheduled for September 5, 2024, is powered by the Chartered Institute of Credit Management, Ghana.
The event promises to be memorable as winners and runners-up will be unveiled during the ceremony.
The award categories that promise to be the toast of the night are Bank of the Year, SME Bank of the Year, Trade Finance Bank of the Year, Rural Bank of the Year, MSME Rural & Community Bank Brand of the Year, Most Promising Rural Bank of the Year, Savings & Loan of the Year, SME Savings & Loans Brand of the Year, Microfinance of the Year, Micro-Credit of the Year, and Debt Collection Agency of the Year.

Julian Opuni of Fidelity Bank Ghana; Victor Yaw Asante, First Bank Ghana CEO; Kwame Owusu Boateng, Opportunity International Savings & Loans; Dr. Alexander Kwadwo Asmah, Amenfiman Rural Bank PLC; Evelyn Osei-Tutu, Republic Boafo Ltd; Dr. Anthony Aubynn, ARB Apex Bank; Ivy Theresa Buagbe, General Manager, UMB Bank and Lanslord Asumakah-Maglans Micro-Credit Services have been penciled for the individual awards.
The Ghana Credit Excellence Awards is a premier event in the financial sector organised by the Chartered Institute of Credit Management, Ghana., which seeks to showcase and applaud best-performing banks, Specialised Deposit Taking Institutions, RCBs, MFIs and Individuals.
In addition, the Ghana Credit Excellence Awards provides banks and other financial institutions with exceptional marketing and PR opportunities. The accolade reassures existing customers that they are engaging with the right bank, whilst motivating potential customers to bank with the right financial intermediary.
