Italian spirits group Campari said on Tuesday it had bought a 14.6% stake in South Africa's Capevin Holdings Proprietary Limited, which fully owns whisky maker CVH Spirits, for £69.6 million ($91.82 million).
Scottish company CVH Spirits produces and markets single malt whisky brands Bunnahabhain, Deanston, Tobermory and Ledaig and blended whisky brands Scottish Leader and Black Bottle.
