Leading local property developer, Clifton Homes is collaborating with the German Development Agency GIZ Ghana and Ghana TVET Service (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) on their Female Talent in Construction Programme.
The scheme aims to promote and empower female talent in the construction industry by providing internships to promising students in the sector.

The GIZ-backed scheme aims to benefit 150 students in total, with at least 50% being female.
Clifton Homes has volunteered to give six-12 students each year the opportunity to complete a 3-month placement within the company, exposing them to real-life commercial experience to hone their skills.
“The scheme has been a great success this year” cites Ann Brewin, Clifton Homes CEO. “We were excited to give this opportunity to talented young students, several of whom have excelled and have been invited to continue further with the company”.
The interns were involved in several of Clifton Homes’ current projects, including their latest luxury residential development, Loxwood House.
Winner of the 2024 Luxury Lifestyle Award for Best Apartment Development, Loxwood House overlooks the Tetteh-Quarshie interchange and has just opened its doors to residents several months ahead of the contractual deadline, maintaining Clifton Homes’ impressive track record on project delivery.

Loxwood House is now open for rentals and bookings can be made at www.loxwoodhouse.com for fully serviced short-term stays or long-term rentals up to two years.
Visit www.loxwoodhouse.com for further information or contact Clifton Homes at lettings@cliftonghana.com.
