Former Kumasi Mayor, Kojo Bonsu, has described the high voter turnout in the Ashanti Region in the special voting as a significant victory for NDC in the December 7 poll.
Speaking to Adom news, he said the special voting has been peaceful in the region, wishing the same on December 7 as the nation goes to polls.
He said the percentage of the voter turnout in the special voting is great.

"I have never seen that in Ashanti Region, getting about 85% and 90% across board this symbolise NDC victory in Ashanti region," he said.
In the Nhyiaeso constituency election, 688 people were expected to vote. At the end, five hundred and sixty-three ( 563) cast their vote
At the Kwadaso Constituency, ten security officers were prevented from voting because they did not verify their names in the electoral commission album as special voters.

At the Bantama Constituency, 643 were the expected voters, out of which five hundred and fifty-two cast their votes, 340 were male and 212 were female.
According to the former Kumasi mayor, there is a "tsunami" coming on December 7.
