Promasidor Ghana Limited (PGH), as part of activities to climax its 25th anniversary celebrations embarked on a Santa Parade led by its flagship brand – Cowbell.
The parade marched through the principal streets of Accra where residents within communities were engaged and gifted with Promasidor products during the Christmas season.

The Cowbell Santa Parade, which spread through North Kaneshie, Bubuashie, Odorkor, Dansoman, Kaneshie through to Labadi, Nungua, Spintex and Madina was also supported by other PGH brands including Onga, Yumvita, Miksi and Twisco.

Popular Twisco and Yumvita brand mascots also accompanied Cowbell Santa during the distribution of products in communities amidst music and dancing to add to the fun and excitement.

Speaking during the Christmas parade, the Marketing Manager at PGH, Michael Hagan said “As a brand, Cowbell has always had at heart the Ghanaian consumer.
"It is for that reason that all product innovations have sought to satisfy a particular consumer need. Beyond that, as a brand focused on community enhancement, the Cowbell float today through major communities in Accra is to further appreciate the Ghanaian consumer after 25 years of continuous patronage as well as put smiles on their faces by giving back during this festive period”.

Promasidor Ghana Limited (PGH) is a leading food manufacturing company providing quality food products for the past 25 years following the launch of its flagship brand, Cowbell in 1999.

Since then, the company has pioneered beverage extensions of the Cowbell brand such as Cowbell Coffee, Cowbell Strawberry, Cowbell Mocha and Cowbell Chocomalt amongst others.

Promasidor further exemplified its diverse manufacturing prowess following the launch of its Onga Powder and Tablets variants in 2003 and 2011 respectively.

Promasidor is also a major player in the Infant Cereal category with the Yum Vita brand which was launched in 2014.
The food manufacturing giant introduced its chocolate beverage, Twisco in 2023 to the market.
