The Member of Parliament (MP) for Assin South and former Deputy Minister of Education, Rev. John Ntim Fordjour, has pledged to ensure that all teachers who were unfairly dismissed from their positions are reinstated.
His assurance follows a directive from the Ghana Education Service (GES) to reinstate affected teachers whose appointments were revoked.
In a post on X on Thursday, March 6, Ntim Fordjour attributed this development to the persistent advocacy of the Minority in Parliament.

He commended the Director-General of GES for taking the necessary steps to address the injustice faced by the affected teachers.
"After a forceful collective advocacy of the Mighty Minority, the Director-General of GES has done the needful. We will monitor to ensure all teachers who were unfairly and insensitively terminated are reinstated," he stated.
He further reiterated his commitment to seeking justice for all workers who have suffered similar unjust treatment.
Ntim Fordjour assured that the fight for fairness in the education sector would continue until all affected individuals are fully restored to their rightful positions.
"The fight continues unabated until all our hardworking citizens who suffered similar injustices are fully restored," he declared.
