About Tribe Culture Festival
Tribe Culture Festival is an annual multicultural celebration aimed at uniting the global Black Diaspora through sport, culture, and commerce. This year’s event is part of a broader series of activations, timed to coincide with major international football tournaments.
GTA’s involvement
According to a letter dated 25th June 2025 from GTA, the Authority will formally endorse the festival as part of its Black Star Experience campaign, provide an on‑site booth and branding, ensure senior official participation in opening ceremonies and press coverage, and lead a CEO delegation to foster city‑level partnerships in Paterson and Philadelphia.
The collaboration supports Ghana’s strategic agenda to boost tourism, diaspora engagement and cultural promotion ahead of global sporting events. It offers Ghanaian performers, entrepreneurs and creative professionals access to an influential audience across key North American diaspora communities.
