The day will kick off with an early morning aerobics session, providing participants with the perfect warm-up and setting the tone for the day’s activities.

The tournament will also feature the popular Jama contest, where teams compete for the most vibrant and creative display of chants and support.
The JoySports Invitational is Ghana’s leading corporate sports event.
In 2024, the National Petroleum Authority (NPA) emerged as overall champions, while ARB Apex Bank and Sapholda Ventures delivered standout performances, securing multiple medals across various events.
Adansi Travels captured the Team Spirit Award for their unmatched energy and support throughout the tournament.
