The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has assured residents in the Ashanti Region of improved power supply and enhanced customer service.
Officials of the company at a stakeholder engagement forum chaired by the Ashanti Regional Minister, Dr. Frank Amoakohene, at the Prempeh Assembly Hall in Kumasi presented ongoing and planned infrastructure projects aimed at ensuring a reliable electricity power supply.

The team included four general managers, the regional operations manager, the district engineer, and public relations officers.
Officials also highlighted new initiatives to strengthen customer engagement and satisfaction.

Participants engaged the ECG team on issues of concern, to which the team provided responses.
The Electricity Company of Ghana further pledged to engage presiding members and District Chief Executives (DCEs) in their respective districts for effective collaboration and communication.
