In a spectacular evening celebrating Ghana’s most influential and impactful emerging business leaders, Freda Kingful Abraham Cudjoe, Chief Executive Officer of Impakers Creative Hub, was honoured as Ghana's Most Outstanding Personality in Press, Printing, and Publishing at the 9th edition of the Ghana Forty Under 40 Awards. The prestigious event was held on September 5, 2025, at the Labadi Beach Hotel in Accra.
The award recognises Freda’s significant and transformative impact on Ghana's branding, packaging, printing, and event essentials industry. Her company, Impakers Creative Hub, has evolved from a home-based business into a creative powerhouse, renowned for its 360-service provision and commitment to premium quality, innovation, and integrity. The company's expertise in branding, corporate and personalized gifting, creative design and packaging has served an impressive international clientele, setting new benchmarks for excellence.
The Ghana Forty Under 40 Awards, an initiative by Xodus Communications Limited supported by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, seeks to identify, honour and celebrate the next generation of industry pacesetters under the age of forty.
This year's ceremony was a high-profile affair, drawing a distinguished audience that included the Deputy Chief of Staff of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Oye Bampoe Addo, members of the diplomatic corps, government officials, international media like Forbes Africa, and a cross-section of industry leaders.

In her acceptance speech, Freda expressed her gratitude, stating, "This honour validates our innovative approach to creative excellence and resilience." As a Certified Landuse Planner and procurement professional, she has uniquely leveraged her diverse expertise to bring structure and professionalism to the creative events industry. She is a member of the Ghana Institute of Planners (GIP), the Commonwealth Association of Planners (CAP), and an Associate Fellow of The African Women’s Leadership Academy (TAWLA).
Freda’s journey from corporate roles to entrepreneurial leadership is a masterclass in turning diverse skills into a powerful legacy of excellence and impactful service. Her story serves as an inspiration to countless young professionals and aspiring entrepreneurs, especially women.
