The Institute of Chartered Development Finance Analysts (ICDFA) will confer fellowship honours on to esteemed and exceptional leaders with sterling leadership and an unwavering commitment to promoting the growth of development finance.
In a statement, the Executive Head, Amo Agyapong, said the recognition would come during its upcoming presidential luncheon ceremony.
ICDFA Fellowship Honours and Awards recognise top leaders and policymakers that exemplify excellence in their practices, demonstrate visionary leadership, and drive business and economic growth. These honours highlight success, innovation, leadership, and contributions to the economy.
Mr. Amo said the event will be held on October 3, 2025, and would reflect on the theme “Harnessing Inclusive Finance: A Path Toward Thriving and Sustainable Future”s.
He pointed out that top management staff who have spent about five years or more in the development finance industry, along with their other qualifications, are exempted from writing all examinations, and an honorary fellowship will be granted to them.
In the same vein, he said the Institute would recognise and honour middle management staff who have, by qualifications and years of experience, distinguished themselves, adding that the Institute is looking for people who have spent between five and 15 years in practice along with their organisations.
Mr. Amo added that membership of the Institute is open to the public, provided that such interested persons possess the prescribed qualifications and requirements for membership.
The Institute of Chartered Development Finance Analysts (ICDFA) is the professional body for development finance specialists. The institute is accredited under the Professional Bodies Registration Act, 1973, (NRCD 143).
It works with academic institutions, development finance institutions and other development finance support agencies to support and maintain professionalism in development finance nationally.
