The Director of Operations for the Kennedy Agyapong Campaign Team, Charles Bissue, has defended the flagbearer hopeful’s temperament, describing it as a quality that drives accountability and positive change.
Speaking in a media interview on Thursday, September 25,, Bissue argued that Mr Agyapong’s outspoken nature is often misunderstood but should instead be recognised as a strength that distinguishes him in Ghanaian politics.
He explained that the former Assin Central MP’s approach reflects “positive aggression” — a leadership style aimed at ensuring that the right things are done in both party and national affairs.
“I see Ken’s temperament as ‘positive aggression’. He will criticise you for wrongdoing, yet he empathises with people,” Mr Bissue stated.
According to him, the blend of firmness and empathy makes Agyapong a leader capable of both holding people accountable and understanding their challenges.
He added that boldness and courage are essential qualities of leadership, and Kennedy Agyapong has consistently demonstrated both throughout his political and business career.
